- Chicken sauté in oil then add stock ,garlic ,salt add then cook 45 minutes till than tender.
- Then separate the bones and meat shredded
- After this in flour add paprika , mustard powder ,salt and black pepper add and coat the bones in the mixture
- Then dip in egg and then coat in bread crumbs and leave for 15 minutes in refrigerator
- Then deep frying and serve fresh .
